it's a classic. and Stephen king doesn't fail to entertain. But the movie completely smells of the time it was created. it looks a little amateur but Ididn't get bored watching it

Strange, I remember the ending to be much better than it was. It was so naff from the special effects point of view that it actually reminded me of Jason and the aganaughts.
Dont get me wrong its a great story and well worth watching
